anyone ever think about making dvds of all the exclusive videos they have shot for their website and sellin it to adult dvd stores ? think it would fly?

good luck - it is an almost impossible market to crack - distribution channels for XXX movies are held and controlled by a very small group of companies that go back decades, the L.A. xxx movie biz is an old boys network.

even if you got a decent distributor to take your DVDs, they are notorious for paying way late and other shenanigans.

if you have decent traffic sell them off your website to members and you might be able to sell the non-Internet rights to somebody - but they won't pay a ton.

This you can do, but do not expect to much, because the stuff produced for the web does usually do not fit the needs for DVDs to 100%.
Drop me a note of how much (hours, Scenes etc) your are talking, I could probably arange something or I might be interested in it by myself to get the rights for some european countries
