I've even tried to have people ship me $50.00 worth of linguica in the past with no luck.

You have the Dockside(tides) in Nahant....
And the red rock pub(dales) on the Lynn swampscott city line right on the ocean...

hahaha yeah all of those places are good and also Lena's sub shop and the Lido Cafe.

But my all time favorite place is the Ballad in Saugus for fresh of the boat lobster. :thumbsup

I cant remember the beef house there, think it is the hilltop or somthing? with the big cow, that was real good as my wife loved the Lobster Pie, she wants that for x-mass dinner..lol

Never had the Leaning tower pizza, we always had "Companions"

Yeah thats on Route 1 in saugus ... sucks that you have to wait in line for over an hour to be seated though.

Also she took me to this dive bar called the "Tap" in Chelsee

ive been to the tap...but theres ALOT better bars and clubs in the boston area....

Have heard of Bill Ashes never been in there though but now the Tap in Chelsea that was an old hang out for me.

I drove for meads brothers towing on the night shift for a few years doing tripleA and police towing and then I would go into Tap until they closed... Last I knew my name was still dug into the bar there. LOL

I seen it last year when we buried my cousin ... heh it was dug into that bar 3 wives and 18 years ago LMFAO

Yeh her friend showed me the Downtown bar tour.. dont remeber much.. think one of them was that bar they used on Cheers.

now that weve got a following to this thread, how bout dreamin up some places to house a bunch of us for a get together...

Hahaha if you went on a bar tour around that area you'd need to take a month off of work and you still won't hit them all.

Lynn alone has a bar on every corner. Union street alone has 7 bars in a 3 block area. LMFAO

Well last time i was at the Tap they had some big ass fight. they say it is normal there, i have been to many bars but that one seemed to be a fight bar like no other..

Tap having a fight in it doesn't surprise me ... it would surprise me if you said you had a few drinks there and it was quiet LMFAO

One place comes to mind for a gathering of adult webmasters in that area...

I went there 2 years ago to try to buy a house, but it costs almost as much as california type prices, her moms home goes for 500k and it is small.

But I do miss the Ocean Breaze Smell! soon as i was off the plain I could smell the beach, we may move back there or main near Old Orhard beach as I like that area.
