Marines and taking POW's
 

Someone posted a video of an Iraqi being killed by Marines. The video in and of itself means little as the video has been edited.

The truth is that small units do not normally take prisoners...and larger units may...or may not...take prisoners depending upon the mission and this applies to Marine and Army combatants. Bottom line is that prisoners are normally not taken unless ordered to do so (wounded or otherwise)...unless a unit has the time and manpower to deal with prisoners.
