I (of course) don't believe penis pills can make you bigger... but there are herbals (tribulus teretris and others) that *can* raise your test levels (if you are over 30 or so).

With increased testosterone, you can get a firmer woody which some might mistake for a bigger tool. Or course, real testosterone is much better, but that would be illegal.

Thing is, you can be a big bottle of tribulus for $20, so there is no need to be ripped off.
