Read the other day, that the average American will be sued 5 times in their life. Being in business, brings lawsuits, that is the reality of being a businessman. I do not know anyone who has made millions, and never been sued, for anything.

well there's your answer Brad I don't have millions and am not a business owner so i guess that makes me exempt from lawsuits

Aaron, I have been sued many times. Price you pay to be sucessful in business. Sometimes you even get sued for other peoples stupidity, and then turn around and sue them.

Never have lost a lawsuit. Even won a few. Fought one of the largest companies in Canada for 2 years, and "won".

I agree with Brad on this one. Everyone successful is sued at one time or another.....

My left leg is still healing slowly. I can walk with a cane and even without a cane for short periods, but I dont have any plans on going to the show.
