legal talk: inet based companies
 

i have a great product (a website service) and a number of people have mentioned to me that i really need to cover my end and make sure everything is legal for 1: no one can screw me over, and 2: the deals i make with other companies are legal and such.

i have absolutely no idea how i'd go about creating a company formally based on the internet.

if any of you have any suggestions or links about how it all works, i'd appreciate it!

Especially in the US you can get sued for everything so make sure you got your back covered!
