Looking at baseline pricing for the following:

1 or 2u dual P4 machine
1G plus RAM
300GB storage
RAID a plus
GOOD pipe for video streaming and/or
downloads.

Ballpark BW usage, 1100 GB/month.

(will not be immediate traffic, I was asked to gather pricing for a friend who has a technical clue, but not in the adult world. The are looking to start another 'girls house' type of thing somewhere in CA. Meaning they will also need some form of backhaul dedicated line to move data from the house to the datacenter. Yes, back haul. I'm not going to talk them into doing VPN tunnels, not unless I have to. Even so, if your company doesn't offer VPN end points, or the option of placing customer hardware into a dedidcated (not colocated) rack, please don't waste your time. He may have to bring in external disk, vs rent. Probably FCAL, customer can supply the HBA)

I would strongly prefer to not have 'icq in sig' or 'see sig' responses. Making the potential customer seek you out even further is painful.
