i need a windows program that will cut movies into 3 sizes and 2 formats .wma and .mov. .what program can do that?

Vegas can not make different formats in one run, as far as I know.

Cleaner XL --- Great Program but has a learning curve
Avid for PC --- ^^
Vegas Video 4.0 --- Not bad at all
Arcsoft Showbiz --- nice GUI but not all the bells and whisles like the others (but most aren't needed)
