Anyone seen the LOTR yet?
 

Might be going tommorrow, if there are any tickets left.

Wondering if there are any hardcore fans that saw the first showing already.

Where I live, tomorrow IS the first showing.

We are Fandango'd and ready for the 11 a.m. show.

I am SOOOOOOOOOOO excited.

first showing is at midnight in the east coast

movie has to be 2 hours at least

I've heard it's more like three hours plus.

It's 3 hour 30 minutes long not including previews, so it's more like 4 hours if you watch the previews

i dnt think its out over here in Oz, but i dnt really care im not gona run and out line up for hrs to get tickets, ill watch the movie after all hte hardcore fans hav watched it so there wont be any lines:winkwink:

I saw it last night at 12:01

It was awesome, though I think they moved through the story a little too fast (which is amazing for a 3 and a half hour movie.)

4 hours of LOTR + lots of beer and popcorn = awesome way to spend time.

I think its 3:30 with previews I got in 12:01 and was out about 3:30AM I think, although I could be wrong. Movie was definitely good, although the ending dragged on a bit, but it may have just been because it was 3AM and I wanted to go piss. :1orglaugh

I seen it last night and was freaked out by the gay hobbit loving.

There was a day hobbit tickle orgy while there were all in bed. I nearly had to leave.

Beautiful movie though.. just incredible.

Dude, you are sooooooooooo right. Is there anything worse than sitting behind a really tall person who refuses to relax, chill, and SLOUCH like the rest of us? LOL

Nothing beats that cinema experience, but I too prefer a half full or less amount of ppl.......

Although where I was everyone applauded at the end of this one...........have not witnessed applause after a movie in years.

I'm starting to hear stuff.......and it probably depends where you are........of tickets being sold out til past Xmas........even all matinees

i saw it last night at 12:00 ran till around 3:30 4:00am,

this movie was amazing, if it doesnt not win best picture i will boycott all movies,

i am sick of movies about jews winning, they are good movies but fuck LOTR owns. the action, story, camera angles, special effects are all top of any movie out there.

what a way to conclude the trilogy it was for sure worth the money, simply amazing.
