is there any way i can get file i have deleted from my browser favorites list and recycle bin ?

You can possibly do it with a file recovery program but everything you do on your computer is overwriting data so I would not use the computer you wish to retrieve the file from anymore until you try one.

Chances are it is going to be less of a headache if you can recreate the file.

Just reformat. During the format, you will get a prompt asking if you'd like to look at and save previously deleted files. Click yes.

You *must* proceed with the format until you see that dialogue box, sometimes it doesn't show up until about halfway through.

I've never gotten that prompt, just a note that all files would be deleted and asks if I wish to continue, saying yes starts the format.

Just click yes. The second prompt will come up during the format.

i bought myself http://www.restorer2000.com/ when i nuked my data

it works really well, but it isn't perfect. you may be lucky/unlucky, there is a demo, so try that. also, do the full scan, it takes ages - but can picks anything it finds up.

it can even recover data from a formatted drive
