Rare or Blue Rare, but it's not good to eat it that way while pregnant.. so at this time I'm stuck with Medium rare.

steak aint steak unless the juices are flowing...

its gotta have a thin layer of rawness in the middle, and ist gotta be tender enough to cut through with a butter knife or even a fork.

I like it to look cooked, but bleed when I stick my fork in it - Medium rare for me!

depends on the steakhouse, some serve rare with blood draining out, and some serve medium rare that way.
