Dear Client,

Due to the increasing cost of effectively managing chargebacks, InterCept Payment Solutions will initiate a fee change related to chargebacks on Visa and MasterCard transactions effective February 1, 2004. The fee change will only affect clients with chargeback ratios in excess of 2% on greater than 25 transactions and will result in a $25 fee per chargeback. Clients with chargeback ratios below 2% will continue to pay the current fee of $15 per chargeback.

We are happy to report that most of our clients are currently well under the chargeback thresholds (Visa - 1% domestic, 2% international; MasterCard - 1% overall). However, InterCept Payment Solutions will continue to offer assistance to clients that are experiencing higher chargeback ratios.

yeah I'd like to use their web900 option but I remember horror stories about them not paying.

Did everybody eventually get their money from Ibill or did they just get fucked?

Actually Ibill wasn't paid by worldcom for the web900 if I remember correctly, so they didn't really "fuck" people. They may have paid since then.

I had nothing but problems with web900 so I pulled it..if I recall we didn't get paid for outstanding 900 joins.

I also got the same email.The funniest thing is this my third month that they hold my reserves.
I get my money from ibill once a month.They did not pay my march reserves yet, also today I can not see the unpaid march reserve on cmi.
Will they pay it?

i never got paid for a couple hundred joins either. fuck those bastards. forgot all about that web900 they never paid me. :BangBang:

i lost more with them than with globill cuz i was making way more money back then.
