These prices are nuts! A friend of mine who used to be in the adult internet biz just built an 11K sq ft house in 2 acres of land in one the best school districts in the 'burbs of Atlanta and only paid a little over $2mil for it. :eek2

Every 100 miles in Texas is a different culture altogether. What you find in Ft. Worth is not anything like Dallas, or Houston or Austin. They could be all their own seperate countries
