Last night I called their 800 number, it rang once, someone answered ,though they didn't say anything, it was as though they laid the phone on the table. I could hear personal conversations, laughing etc. Sounded like a good time.

I hung up and tried 2 more times. Same thing.

I so appreciate them for setting the bar so high in customer service.
