what about Check cross sells?

Right now we're doing the checks with epoch but we'll definitly move to WTS soon, the returned checks are killing us :) Once we're setup we'll send you cross-sales for sure.

Could somebody doing some volume with WTS post his returned checks ratio please, just as a ball park number? Thanks.

I love Epoch as a processor.

But as a check processor I gotta give the nod to WTS

My checks went up + my returns are less then 30% compared to something like 55% before

I do volume using WTS - Platinum Bucks, Discount Pass Bucks

That's great to hear, most sponsors don't for the same reason you stated, fraud rates were too high.
