The drop charge dialer lets the surfer access the site for a month instead of paying a per minute charge.

how much does that charge the surfer and how much do you make? this sounds like a pretty good deal

For example say the one time charge $10, with a per minute on average the webmaster make 35 cents a minute and the the averave call is 10 minutes. That means the webmaster would only make $3.50, but this way they make $10 bucks. Its also a better deal for the surfer because they get more value for their money by having access to the site for the whole month.

Not many people are offering a drop charge anymore because in a lot of places in europe it is illegal. The drop charges in the US had an EXTREMELY high chargeback rate so most people dont bother with it.

i believe if you want to do a drop charge in germany or austria, i cant remember its either one or the other or both

Tibs still has a drop charge solution for US traffic. (see bottom of sig). I am running tests now to see what performs better the per minute or drop charge calls. I will post some results when done.
