Being someone who has been through the industry's ups and downs, and is very successful in the business, what advice would you give to someone trying to make a name for him/herself in the adult webmaster industry?

I've had many crap, text only galleries listed but most if not all graphic based galleries have been declined.

I know Shemp's opinion on this but I'll be very interested to here The Hun's opionion.

Why doesnt thehun ever throw in any of his own galleries into his daily listings? He sells the top 15 spots, but why not have 1000 unique galleries made for different sponsors he promotes and cycle 10 of his own into his listings everyday, or every other day, and make an extra $10,000 - 50,000 off his site per month?

Personally, I dont think this would cause him to lose any surfers or bookmarkers.

Do you really spend only about 2 hours a day on your site?

Ronaldo, great show you have there. Just one question, would you guys mind having two streams. One with only sound and the other with video. I was trying to watch the Shemp broadcast a few weeks ago while it was live and the buffer was unbearable. It could have been my cable service but I dunno.

If he could attribute 3 things to his internet business success, what would they be?

What was the turning point that brought his site to the level it is today? Any specific links or news mentions?

Thanks greatly for the input and the kind words.

I actually mentioned that after our first show I believe, but don't really recall why they didn't do it. I will mention it again though.

As for the buffering problem, that SHOULD be over. We moved our data center from Dallas to SanFrancisco and were making due with temporary servers on a maxed out pipe. We're completely up and functional now and you shouldn't see any significant buffering. If you do however, please let me know and I'll get someone working on it right away.

if you had a valid offer from someone to buy all your sites, would you sell and get out of the business? and why or why not?

Kicker, this is just a guess ... but if I were running a TGP that also sold spots, i would assume that people who could afford exclusive content could afford to buy spots ...

As i can see, thehun design sucks (if there is even one), so can you say a site dosent really need a good looking design, just good content and a bunch of text links, or times have changed?

What mistakes do you regret making regarding business in general relating to TheHun? If you had made other choices, things could have been different - is there an alternate outcome to your business in adult internet that you regret not shooting for?

Is it true that you've started the site just for fun and giggles, and to learn html, but after a while it became popular and you started cashing?

What are you doing all day? Get up at 9am, and approve galleries until 5pm, or something else?

How did you start, and what were you doing before you got into the adult biz?

What do you tell to other people (for instance: the parents of your new hot sexy girlfriend) what you do for a living?
