Do you report spammers to the affiliate?

I agree that spamming is one of the biggest challenges and problems that our industry faces as a whole. I'm just curious about two things. First, do you ever report a spamming affiliate? I do the odd time, but certainly not as much as I could.

Secondly, do most affiliates actually DO something when they get a report of it?

lets see. i've been getting nasty dollar spam (real spam. this isn't opt in shit) for the last 5 years from a variety of sources. my guess is no.

considering that 99% of the programs will secretly accept spammers, im willing to bet your reporting falls on deaf ears...

Don't waste your time. I've been personally contacted due to spam reports by program owners a whole bunch of times. Out of dozens of sponsors only CECash and PillsMoney terminated.

And since spam will be legal soon, who gives a fuck? How will it be at all bad for the industry then?

It's only bad for the people who don't spam, because they have to deal with shitty traffic. Spam traffic is THE BEST quality you can get, period.

When I reported spam to a sponsor, I was told that maybe I opted-in for a newsletter, although I didn't, you draw the conclusions ...

NSCash will freze the partners account, we don't allow spamming and don't like mailings, it's too much of a risk!
