How will CAN-SPAM affect the industry?
 

So now that opt-out mailing will be legal soon, does that mean that we won't need BP hosting and that all sponsors will openly accept spam traffic?

Of course the only sponsor that I know isn't spam friendly is CECash, but will even they allow spam traffic?
