I'm looking for a "cheap" PHP programmer, that has a comprehensive portfolio/skillset.

The project involves creating a user-rating system, and a simple content CMS (similar to http://www.dotwidget.com/index.php/2).

Programmers are getting less and less in the States because of "cheap" programmers.

A decent CMS is gonna cost about $600! The rating system is easy, just don't ICQ me! :321GFY

Hey, you can contact my friend at [email protected] -- He has a premade CMS located at www.jooked.com, and can easily implement such things as a simple user-rating system.

I'm not looking for a decent CMS. I have more details concerning what is needed for the CMS. If you see the link that I included, it leads to a content CMS script available for $29-- That is a kind of script I'm looking for (with no bells or whistles and no fancy admin).

Then buy a premade one! But custom programming cost $$$$!
