hey rooster, get a clue (concerning your cig): you know that there was a mural of Lenin in the rockefeller center once :1orglaugh

A lot of americans wanted to become communists in the 30's, you gonna kill your grandpa? Be more concerned about all the dictators your government has placed in power over the years in South-America and Africa.

concerning the US economy: it will get worse, if this policy ain't stopped:

1. your selling your country by the low dollar, foreign companies will become richer and buy yours

2. your trade deficit with China is huge, cheap products coming in and unable to sell something in China, till now these were factory jobs, the US looses this way. But now a lot of companies, also from the States, are relocating their higher paid jobs their, why pay someone with a MBA so much money, if you can employ one in China for pennies.

3. on top of the deficit, your government loans heavily from China, yes from the bad communists (in my mind they're in no way communists, but hey that's my opinion), your paying double, they just lend you back the money you poured into their economy.

Sad that you have to lend fom countries as China

yes and now the companies are relocating the "thinking" jobs also to China, man, the unemployment, please do remember that it was Bush's policy.

There is no way to stop this. They should enforce this and do anything to facilitate export of low level jobs to china/mexico etc. This is what you call transformation. Give them the shit jobs, invest money in research/education/infrastructure etc. and build new high tech jobs.

Not everyone has the capacities for those "high tech jobs".

High tech jobs? What High Tech jobs are you talking about? Allot of High Tech jobs are going to India and China.

Very recent news:

AMD ready to extend Indian outsourcing plans

Ross 12-15-2003 05:14 PM

Its the same here with High Tech jobs. God even the normal jobs are being outsourced.

My friend works for a bank in their call centre. He has been told he is possibly being put out of a job unless he wants to go to India to work. The call centre is being moved over there and they are looking for British people to go work out there.

One good thing about it is they will be rich in that country but they will also be given a paycut because of how cheap the cost of living is over there.
