Neither Sr nor Jr should have "finished the job". The UN should have finished it. No country by itself has the right to invade any other country if that country isn't posing a direct threat to them.

In all fairness, most of the people who hate the US are irrelevant. They don't have any significant political, economical or military power, and thus their opinions do not matter a lot.

The UN should have been the ones who made ALL the desisions - but no, the USA desided "lets go to war".

If the UN had taken controll - then the world would have given support.

Ehm... no they didn't. Gore received more votes than Bush, that's a well-known fact. Not talking about the Florida fiasco here either. Bush won with several hundreds of thousands of votes less.
