that checks to see if you have java turned on

that check if you have cookies turned on

doesn't let you enter unless both are on

pops a window and tells the surfer

simple j a v a s c r i p t can do it

you have to check it on second page

first page sends the cookie and the second one
tries to read it

Edited: one problem - popup are done with j a v a s c r i t p so usually you can't have popup which is saying that your j a v a s c r i p t is turned off

should be able to do it with php or perl but you cant do the pop up if the j a v a is off but you can redirect to a page saying it has to be on.
