Need funny gift idea for a friend (girl)

I need a funny/cool gift idea for a close girl friend of mine. I was thinking maybe a cute/funny shirt like the "Psycho" one of tshirthell.com, but I'm sure there is something better.

Any ideas? Nothing too big, mainly a present $30 or less.
