Looking for a CC... whats the latest on CCbill, IBill, Epoch?

Is IBill as good as the others now? Or are they falling apart? Quiet seems to be doing good with them..

What about scrubbing, reserve..?

and is Ibill and Epoch also requiring the "principal" (the lawyer representing my company in Nevade in my case) to give out his personal info like (passport, SSN, and driver liscence #) like CCBill is asking Canadian Webmasters when signing up...?

IBILL is still fucked up big time, customer service sucks and still takes weeks to get a reply. Chargebacks and refunds are also very high with them .

Epoch and CCbill are good but sign-ups do go up and down a lot and scrub rates are high. But these two are a class act. Call Amparo at Epoch or Lange at CCbill both good people

What % of sales gets declined due to your own gateway settings but goes through at your secondary biller CCBill?

Can you point me to one of your sites? I'm interested to see how Netbilling integrates with membership sites.
