Spammer arrested, facing 20 years in jail, this is... interesting
|
nice :)
|
20 years of unwanted cock in your ass is way worse than 20 years of unwanted email in your inbox. I do believe he should be fined heavily, and maybe 10 years at the max
|
I think he should be ass raped for 20 years and then executed.
|
so if you kill someone you get 10 years
if u spam 20 years? what a great country is USA |

" accused by Virginia prosecutors of flooding computer users with more than 100,000 unsolicited bulk e-mails over a month-long period this summer and deceptively hiding his identity so that users could not trace his Internet address."
and he's facing 20 years? |
What was his GFY username?

This guy is the first of many to come.
Rumour in legal circles in Australia is that there is a big prosecution about to start unrolling against several outfits raping proxies. I can't wait to see the looks on the faces of some of these scammers and scum as they have their ill gotten gains sold from under them. |
WHat he did was horrible! Of course he should do more time than Ken Lay or Michael Milken.

Spam is unsolicited electronic commercial message.
When was the last time you saw a company owner putting ads in streets without permission that faced 20years in jail? Get back to reality, these type of laws are fucked up. What you wish to spammers is exactly the same with what all anti-porn supporters wish everytime one of your sites appears on their SE results. |

Read again what you said. If spam was that important issue to you and your business, you would have just used one of the many ways to reduce the spams e-mails you receive to 4-5/day. You didn't and you would be gladly on the other hand to pull the trigger? What you and the rest are missing here is that the group of few hundred antispammers that spend 20hours/day bitching, cursing and attacking now manages to pass the worst possible laws. Tommorow, the next group, the anti-porn group will be in the same position and I'm afraid that I won't see you, me and many others here to spend all our time to stop it. |

If you had some people (eg. 50% or more) that liked receiving spam then maybe you'd have a chance of the laws not getting passed, if you piss everyone off they'll sure as hell vote for laws banning your fucked up marketing ideas. why not find some way of marketing that isn't incredibly annoying? Hint: when you notice multiple products being developed to circumvent your marketing methods then chances are you have a marketing idea that pisses large numbers of people off (eg. consoles and spam) |

UCE costs millions of dollars a week to deal with, all so a few illegitimate business owners, scammers and fraudsters can fill your mailbox with junk. Porn spammers are 10 times as bad, they deserve the same treatment as a dirty old man who shows kids porn magazines in a park. |
