If you type in goon.com you can see that theres no site so im not making any money from it but when i sell the domain i will make money

Of course, but I don't see the domain selling for over $2k ... If I had the money for that domain and a use for it, I'd pay $1.5-$2.5k .. Easily memorable of course, but still need to spend many tens of thousands to get the site known.

Its hard to value a domain. Some are giveins. goon.com could be a nice domain.
