Designers / content question?

If I pay someone to design a logo, do I have to supply the content or is that something they can legally use on my sites? I want a logo that has Aria Giovanni in it.

You should supply the content, and it should be licensed to the site you are building the logo for. Otherwise you are treading in precarious legal waters.

Yep, exactly. However, I'm not sure Aria for a logo is a cool idea. Aria's nice and all that ... but the logo is supposed to distinguish you and I see banners for her all over the place. Even warez site have her...
