Ever felt guilty about spending money?
 

I did, today.

Didn't have much to do today, so I went shopping. Didn't really buy much, just a sweater, a bathrobe and some pens. A few hundred bucks at most.
Then, I saw this huge-ass poster, saying "You can save a baby's life for just $5". Turned out to be an ad for unicef, doing aids-prevention stuff in india or something.
And there I stood... just having spent a few hundred bucks on things I didn't even really need. And while the money meant nothing to me, in some foreign countries it could have saved an insane amount of lives.

What a weird fucking world we live in.

You say so! This world is good the rich, and poor for the rest..
And if you were born in on of this country?.. That's pretty insane!

I always feel guilty when I spend $$$ on myself not on other ppl...:)

Not really. I work hard for my money, I'll spend it as I wish without feeling guilty of others misfortunes. Instead of feeling guilty, why not pitch in? It's easy to throw another $20 at UNICEF, I hope you did...

If you work hard for your money, it might be different. I don't, to be honest. I actually spend very little time working, almost all my time goes into reading, writing and studying. Still, for some odd reason, money tends to find it's way to me :2 cents:

never. im totally cold and heartless when it comes to my money. i earned it, shove off. lol

If I buy something for myself I buy something for my family

Also I do alot of non profit work with my local motorcycle club that benefits other people.

Hell I love to spend money....it burns a big fuckin hole in my pocket :1orglaugh
