Both suck. Dutch & Belgian beer all the way!

i've gotta say there is alot of good candian beer. becks, labbatts (sp?), molson. hmmm well i guess you guys got us there. we do have alot of good micro brews though!

We have some fucking awesome brewery's in the US. The more mainstream stuff sucks ass. But most liquor stores carry shit from local brewery's and not so popular ones that make some really good beer

In Canada, Foster is made by Labatt, Budweiser too btw.

Totally Canadian beer, but only microbrew. Shit like Molsens et al is disgusting.

Our local microbrews are awesome (Granville Island, Shaftsbury, Okanagan Springs) as are ones from all over Canada (Big Rock, Sleemans, Alexander Keiths).

England and Ireland has us beat though.

I think American beers rock! Budweiser is nice.. our canadian beer tast like pee!

Canadian beer is top notch nothing else compares. Germans have some good beer but they have strange palates.

yes drank it a couple of weeks ago in Rome, not bad, trouble is in Rome, I always have to ask an italian beer, 'cause they tend to sell you Heineken "aka worst beer in the world"

Czech beer: there are some good beers yes, but the most famous Urquell sucks big. But in all honesty it's like South American beer (much better taste of course), you can drink and drink and drink and still be sober as hell, it's so funny. Tried to have a hangover on beer one night in Prague, by 18h I began drinking my 5th liter of beer, we went out till 5 in the morning. After 4 hours of sleep: headache? No, nothing.

Back in Belgium you continue drinking large amounts, but hell I got my punishment, hangover you can't believe.

England and Ireland specialty are the heavier, darker beers, you drink and eat at the same time. Still the biggest pils beer is Belgium's Stella Artois, the english can't handle a strong pils, so they call it Wife Beater

true, brings us the beer, was in this foreign exchange program and have to say the canadians were always fun people and beer lovers.

Maybe we should set up a beer exchange or something. I certainly wouldn't mind shipping out a few cases... only problem would be legality.

Nope, should give it a try, when I'm in Holland. This summer there was a dutch girl with us at Expeditie Robinson and I asked her which dutch beers she liked: Palm, Leffe, Hoegaarden, ...
