Im talking about the guys that got arested for spamming.

Am I reading the articles right are they saying that 10k e-mails a day puts this guy in the spammers top ten. What a bunch of shit!

I am glad they are doing something but This goes a little to far I get 20 ads a week I dont ask for in my real mail box. But those people are not being charged with shit and they are the ones really doing harm wasting all those trees and shit. Not that I advocate spam but come the fuck on man lets have one set of rules for everyone not just the ones that piss certian people off.


Are you fucking kidding me 20 years in prison for spam you cant get that much time for selling crack and stabbing someone. Yeah I know its anoying but Prison for clogging my inbox no fucking way anyone deservess that shit. Jail is a FUCKED UP PLACE and just the fact that they are probably sitting in a holding tank right now with about 50 other guys allot of them dangerous and violent people is more than they deserve. DO NOT EVEN COMMENT IF YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN IN A HOLDING TANK IN A MAJOR CITY IN THE USA. YOU HAVE NO FUCKING CONCEPT OF WHAT IT IS LIKE. PEOPLE WILL FUCK YOU UP FOR A ROLL OF T.P TO USE FOR A PILLOW OR AN APPLE OR THOSE NASTY ASS FAKE MEAT SANDWICHES. If you think some average dorky techno geek deserves that and 20 years of that you are a prick and an asshole not to mention an all around FUCKWAD.


Like I said I hate spam too but I hope these guys win their case and set presidance for everyone else. NO ONE DESERVES 1 SECOND IN JAIL FOR E-MAIL MARKETING OR SPAM OR UCE OR WHAT EVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT. PERIOD!

Spam won't go away anytime soon. It will just take differing forms and easier ways of making $ off spam will disappear...but it won't die.
