I got a message from them a few weeks ago that I check that they sent me was returned because my address was wrong. I checked in their backend, and my addie was correct. I email and told them the situation and within minutes I was told that my check would be sent out with the next round of checks, which was yesterday. Hopefully it'll show this time.

Other than that, no complaints. And that's not really a comlpaint, because Carol, their support lady was on top of things.

But i have to agree with the difficulty to get a hold of
support. I sent an e-mail about 2 weeks ago and haven't

Emma, the support isn't the best. I'm missing a webmaster forum.
But I can't complain about them. I don't think that they cheat smaller webmasters. The checks are the problem. They should offer wire payments, and all the check trouble (esp. for foreign webmasters) would be gone. Nastydollars offers a wire payment for a $12.50 fee. This solution is working fine.
But a payment via checks sucks. It needs 4 weeks until the check is cleared (in Europe) and I have access to the money. Plus one week shipping (for the check). 5 weeks to get the money on the bank account is a very long time...

I've icq'd BBO multiple times when they wanted me to design soem galleries for them and NEVER got a response back after the deal was set, I sent TOO MANY messages on icq to be ignored, either way, I'm too busy with other clients to worry about them, but I also felt like they take too long to get back to business clients/webmasters.
