Really embarassing technical question

So I'm on a little vacation staying with a friend, didn't bring my machine. She's got a Mac. Anyone know of a good FTP program for the mac that will display/modify remote listings. And how 'bout and good SSH program too. Looked around and dowmloaded a few but none of them worked for shit. Oh yeah It's a G5 running OSX panther.

Open up a terminal and use SSH

ie . ssh -l wanker wankserver.com

It is FreeBSD powered after all :)
