heh you dont need to opt in, the bill says you can email ANYONE for ANY reason as long as an opt OUT is given.

You can spam 10 trillion people and as long as a remove function is at the bottom of the email, you are untouchable.

This law really doesn't do anything but keep the spam subject up in the air. We still can't send mail from our IP's cuz were getting blocked and it's still illlegal to fake headers, jack proxies and all that good stuff... what the fuck!?

Spam will EXPLODE.... Spammers Just use differing lists for differing product. The users just opt out of one list but remain on a master list for other products... its a never ending circle jerk except this one isn't as entertaining as Keith Morris.
