Domain Redemption, who knows?
 

I have this one domain that is in the "domain redemption" status.

How do I get it out of that?

Anyone know?

it will take a while until they release the domain for re-registering. The period was like... 60 days? I think that was it.

I hate this fucking redemption period shit. I had problems with it and ended up losing my domain...

It's a 45-60 period where the owner (I'm assuming you?) has some last minute time to decide to renew or let it go back to the public. If you are the owner and want it back, contact your registrar. There will be an additional fee on top of renewals. Otherwise if you want the domain and its not yours, you can try a snapper service like pool.com or domainwinner.com

Directnic once wanted $120 for releasing the domain immediately out of the redemption period. I just waited for a month and re-registered it for $15.
