Darn, was hoping you would be slick with PHP. I take great pride in my programs and need a helper that is an ace. I would kick you some of the html/photoshop work but I just got through hiring a full time designer and need to keep her busy to get my money worth, I think i'm over paying at $6500/m for a 3 month contract but she is fast and does excellent work. Plus my big non adult client likes the designs she does and pays extra.

Maybe when I get through this backlog and get working on my personal projects I will have some gfx work needed.

Hell yeah, here in Indianapolis Indiana area McDonalds pays $7.00 an hour to start on the back line, plus free meals and full health benefits after 30 days.

Its that low in Indy BrentD? Some fsat food in Columbus start people at $9 or so their signs say. Probably after training and tallying up how much they can each per shift. lol

Not sure about other places, I know white castle pays high and has great benefits I have heard. I have not been in the real job scene now for over 7 years so I would not know but that sounds sweet about home depot, I will keep that in mind if I need a part time job :thumbsup

I just require actual work to be done, no horse play. Its my business.. I have terminated a lot of contracts with gfx artists because of lack of productivity, but when you find one that is good you have to pay well..

I was hoping to help Tom out, since he was getting a lot of praise from people. I appreciate a good worker and stand up person.
