I have to stop... With my 9-5er I'm getting like 3-4 hours of sleep a night :(

I've been here since the day shift. I think I forgot to sleep.:1orglaugh

I have no concept of what time of the day it is or even what day of the week it is. I never leave the house anymore I get all my food delivered....my eyes are all buggy from sitting infront of this damn screen for sooo long :helpme
