Yeah, it looks sweet. Glad to see some of the 60s Mustang inspiration come back into play.

The 2005 Corvette concept also looks sweet as hell.

If I was looking to pay 65k for a special edition Mustang I would buy that in a heartbeat.

$ 33k for the convertible

$ 26K for the GT

$ 20k +/- for the base model

Yea the C6 is looking to be a sweet ride. Gone are the pop up headlights and several inches off the body. They are going more for the European look.

That Mustang is sharp too. Reminds me of the old fast backs.

Yeah man, Chevy hit on something good with the C5. The C6 is supposed to just be a complete upgrade from that. Lighter, more horsepower, etc. I hope they keep it around the same price points as the old car...like Ford is trying to do with this new Mustang.

Am I mistaken or is that still just a mustang concept, so the final production version wont look nearly as cut or pretty?

Plus, headlights look a little non-innovative, but otherwise sweet looking.

thats a concept vehicle.

the production one will be alot less refined. including the engine bay. no assembly line car could EVER be put together that cleanly... at least with today's technology.

The back end is pretty ugly looking. It looks cheap.

It almost looks like an Obese Porche.

The only way i could justify driving something that looks like that, is if it had at least 360 Horsepower.

god makes me proud to own a mustang - now I wonder if I can trade mine in when this one comes out in a few years

I've got the 2003 convertible. It's rated at 390 HP, but really dynos at 425-450 HP. They're speculating the new SVT Cobra (2006?) will rate at 400, although some believe they'll be dynoing closer to 500. I'm already planning a trade-in!
