Design Work Needed

I have a customer who is looking for the following specifications;
In the short term I am going to do a couple of free sites and custom tours and make money through affiliate referral fees. Next up is a pay site. I have a lot of unusual content, including my own art and flash animations, in addition to your high-end content.I want to do everything database driven with PHP scripts so I have a lot of flexibility. Do you have a fee schedule or a skills list of your people. What do think is your biggest strength? Can I take a look at some sites your webmasters have
