Can you tell I am craving it? My daughters homework is to bring a recipe to school, and that is the one she picked. So, writing it out made me want some really bad! I make it with chicken, shrimp, or crawfish. Yuuummmmyyyyy!

Nice, I've got a way I make it after you cook it all up and then I fry it in some light olive oil, toss in some pepperoni and spices and what not and then it's all good! So I'll bring the bread Jenny!

You lost me there...what do you fry??

You fry the whole dish J. You cook up the pasta and keep it and the sauce seperate. Then you let the pasta settle and cool and then you pour some olive oil in a pan and toss the pasta in and fry it up a little, then pour the sauce in, the chicken, pepperoni, crushed red peppers and whatever you want and then fry it up a little more and pour it right into your plate. You make a serving at a time.

How do you make your sauce?

I sautee onions, bellpepper, and garlic in butter. Then add parsley, cayenne pepper, and a couple other things. Then add flour and simmer a while. Add crawfish, velveeta cheese, and half and half. Boil the noodles. Mix together noodles and sauce in a casserole dish, top with parmesan and parsley. Bake for about 20 mins. It is awesome, and unable to be fucked up!

whoa too much work, i'll just come over you can make the sauce and then i'll fix the dish. i buy sauce that's imported from italy, saves me a lot of time :winkwink:

It is a LOT of work. Usually takes me about an hour and a half, BUT it is the best shit you have ever eaten!! So, when ya' comin'?
