kudos to webair support
you know you have a good host when shit like this happens.
right now when of my boxes is bogging down a little bit (too much happening on it, too much traffic, good problem) so i send a message to the sales dept to inquire about beefing up the hardware (which we may still do) sales dept forwards the message to their tech dept. and i get a message back from Wilton who has diagnosed the issue, and is attempting to tune the existing hardware for more performance. in my experience any other host would just say send us some $ and well beef up your box---webair's first response is to try to tune the existing hardware. don't know how this will play out, but it speaks to the integrity of webair in trying to take care of the client. and i don't run a referral banner to webair, i just want to see a really good host prosper. |
