..put links to get spidered and use meta tags on the pages, or do the pages being in an -i.frame- negate any chance of spidering ?

I really don't know a lot about that stuff. Please LMK your thoughts.

Not sure if google spiders frames. They're so old school that I don't think it's important enough to most people to be talked about.
