Why do link lists have such a better CTR
 

as opposed to TGPs?

Look at the differences in design and you shall have your answer.

Link list surfers are dumber. If they knew they could get all those galleries for free on a TGP they wouldn't be on a link list. Actually some friends of mine surf both but they're still too dumb to realize that link lists are garbage.

So, in order to get more they think they have to check out the tour.
