What if CROSS SELLS are no longer possible?

Let's see.... currently we have

chargeback threshold penalties over 1%

MS IE version coming out with popup blockers

CAN SPAM bill to be signed by GW Bush which dings sponsors for spam acts of their affiliates

then possibility of no more cross sells....

Is it too soon to say BYE BYE to PPS?
