Anyone else get this SPAM HIJACK POPUP?

How the fuck do I get rid of it? I ran Search and Destroy...didn't work. Check out my registries for that URL... no luck there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to each of these folders

C:\

C:\windows

C:\windows\system

C:\windows\system32

right click in each folder and sort the files by "date modified", that should give you a good idea of any new files.

Also check your hosts file.
