yes i 'donated' money to 'the cause' to the sum of 1k not to much to ask whats happening with that money or to find out if myself and others were scammed is it?

all i am pointing out is that the last 2-3 weeks NOTHING about Acacia has been mentioned by ANY of the parties who were supposedly fighting them.

the 30th was almost a week ago now, you would have thought that if they were 'looking out for us' they would have at least made ONE post about them :2 cents:

Like i have already said then call and ask... if i gave someone $1k to fight for me i would want to know what they are doing with it and not just post here bitching about it. Pick up the phone or email them and ask whats being done with your money.

I doubt there will be anything to post until Acacia makes a statement about licenses.

Whatever man keep crying about it call them email them or relax... they have a biz to run while they fight and run impai. They have better things to do then post here with every little new detail that comes up. Don't get pissed they didn't post their daily schedule on the board.

I'm done here email or call them and ask what is going on if you really want to know.

The real fight starts in February. Don't expect them to come trotting on here and explaining what they are up to.

Acacia reads the boards. No one is going to post about court strategy here.

This is a legal battle. Those move slower than molasses. They reported the last thing - which is the upcoming hearing in - is it February?

There's really not anything to report until then. Don't freak. Courts move SLOOOOOW.

And none of those involved in impai need to come up with a scam to get some cash.

No one is intending to bash "Fight the patent" and "IMPA", but it's only fair for those who donated money, to get a response.
