Thats because a lot of those stupid little whores don't bother with contraception when fucking. I believe the UK also has one of the highest teen pregnancy rates in the world, its some fucked up shit

The UK, has lots of poor areas. I suspect in the USA you just get to see London or some TV shows set in Victorian times.

In truth, a lot of the UK, especially the North has many poor (and sad to say it - stupid) families.

Many do not earn a lot, and are heavily in debt. This has resulted in children not bothering with school. Many girls also now find it easer to get pregnant than work, as in the UK you will get benefits and a flat/house if you have a child.

We also have been fed a lot of fear news stories (much I feel has gone over the top), about child abductions. The result has been to fence of all the school play grounds, and parents no longer allow children to play out. Most parents now prefer there children to sit in front on the TV.

We have the NHS in the UK, but to be honest, its got very bad. It just sucks up money, but is still set in the 50's when it first started.

Toney (wanker) Blaire, has screwed up the country as far as I feel.

Its not surprising UK children are 'sick'.

But lets face it, if you was a 15 year old in the UK and given the option of a free house, lots of cash, plus other great benafits, just for getting pregnent or staying at school, then going out to work, which would you take?

well I grew up in a 'good' middle class, christian, suburban community in the States and still atleast a 1/4 of the girls in my class got pregnant (abortions count) before graduation. People just didn't write articles on it.
