hosting script?

Im helping out a friend and I gave him some space on my dedicated. But I dont want him to eat up all my BW. Anyone know of a script that will moniter his usage and put a hold on his site if he goes over the BW I set?

try mod_watch on apache, it can monitor bw usage on vhosts
