I mentioned no names, what's this "position to be sued" you're blathering about? Is what I said above a lie? No, it isn't. Fact is, just because you are rich and famous certainly does NOT mean you can have little boys sleep over and think you won't run into trouble at some point. Even if you are completely innocent, some scheming parent somewhere is going to cook up something to fuck you up and get your money.
