Looking for a Flash Animator / Cartoonist

Im after someone who can design for me a cartoony looking prize wheel - kinda like you see on Wheel of Fortune - complete with ticker sounds and flashing lights.

Have searched through GFY and looked at some of the old posts - but havent seen anything inspiring in the portfolios...

Any recommendations on who to check out ?
